Anyone who's worked a job site knows the problem: renting equipment usually means calling around, comparing quotes over the phone, and hoping the yard down the road actually has what you need in stock. Meanwhile, equipment owners — from independent operators to small dealers — often have machines parked and earning nothing between jobs. We built Foedera to close that gap: a straightforward marketplace where listing equipment takes minutes, and finding it takes even less.
Equipment owners list what they have, set their own rates, and choose pickup or delivery. Renters search by category or location, compare real rates side by side, and book directly through the platform — with secure payment handling and a clear price breakdown before anyone commits.
We're just getting started — currently focused on the Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth markets, with construction, mining, and forestry equipment as our core categories. As we grow, our goal stays the same: make it easier for equipment to find work, and for work to find equipment.
